Convolution Inc. is the data controller responsible for personal data collected through this site and through its client engagements.

1. Information we collect and how we use it. We collect business contact details submitted via email or web forms, and project-related information provided by clients during engagements. We use this information to respond to enquiries, perform client contracts, issue invoices, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal data.

2. Subcontractors and international transfers. Software delivery is performed by an established Kyiv-based team of independent Ukrainian sole proprietors engaged as subcontractors of Convolution Inc. Where these subcontractors process personal data, they do so as data processors acting on Convolution Inc.'s documented instructions and under written confidentiality obligations. Personal data may be transferred to and processed in Ukraine for these purposes.

3. Retention. We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

4. Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or object to specific processing, by emailing sales@newtonideas.com. We respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Terms

Convolution Inc. is the contracting party that issues invoices and is responsible for performance of client engagements.

1. Services and engagement. This website provides general information about services offered under the NewtonIdeas brand. Specific scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, and payment terms are set out in individual engagement agreements (proposals, statements of work, or master service agreements) executed between Convolution Inc. and each client. The engagement agreement governs over any general statements on this site.

2. Subcontracted delivery. Convolution Inc. performs software delivery through an established Kyiv-based team of independent Ukrainian sole proprietors engaged as subcontractors. Convolution Inc. remains the client's sole contracting counterparty and is responsible for delivery. Subcontractors are bound by written confidentiality and intellectual-property-assignment obligations to Convolution Inc.

3. Intellectual property. Ownership and licensing of deliverables are governed by the applicable engagement agreement. Content on this site is the property of Convolution Inc. and may not be reproduced without permission.

4. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Convolution Inc.'s aggregate liability to any client is limited as set out in the applicable engagement agreement. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer, warranty, or commitment.

5. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Carson City, Nevada.
